Having trained as an actor in the 60s, Maggie Turner put on hold her hopes of a career in the "biz" to fall in love, pay her half of the mortgage and raise a family.  Judicious juggling enabled her to continue to develop her acting skills and take roles whenever possible.

Finally coming to acting as a profession in her 50s, she has rapidly built up a portfolio of work encompassing voice work, stage, film and TV.  She has the unlikely claim to fame of having performed in English in a Russian play on a Russian stage and also in Russian in an English play on an English stage!
