Paul trained at Drama Studio London and has enjoyed parts in many plays, musicals and films since graduating in 2004. He recently returned from the Cambridge Shakespeare Festival where he played Horatio in Hamlet and Antonio in Twelfth Night in the beautiful gardens of the historic colleges. Prior to that, Paul toured the threatres of Italy in a dark and gritty musical version of Peter Pan playing the intelligent John Darling and the lecherous pirate Smee. He is currently involved in devising a new puppet musical at the BAC. Paul's other theatre credits include; D.S Stawk in Late Night Movie (Magic Eye Theatre), Sir Andrew Aguecheek in Twelfth Night (Theatre Royal Margate), Narrator and Roger in Guardian and Sunday Telegraph cartoonist Steven Appelby's Crocks In Frocks (ICA and Magic Eye Theatre), Verges and Bathasar in Much Ado About Nothing (Courtyard at Covent Garden) Silvius and Le Beau in As You Like It (Courtyard Theatre) and Wagner and Vintner in a new musical of Dr. Faustus (Baron's Court). Screen credits include; Feature- Badinage (Calestial Pictures), Take Three Girls (Inspired Movies), TV Pilot- Somewhat Haunted (Creative Potatoes) Short Films- La Folie (CCA), Work (Partizan), Wilde Life (Explode!), Smack (South Bank), A Weak Leaf (South Bank) and Romeo and Juliet (Online Communications) Most recently Paul can be seen in a new commercial for HSBC by Academy Award winning director Kevin MacDonald (The Last King of Scotland, Touching The Void). Paul plays the hero of this documentary-style advert - a Polish junior manager, completely out of his depth in India, trying to find out why his washing machine sales there are so high.
